Peter Jake Ong Tone
Jakon Studio was founded by Peter Jake Ong Tone to do one thing without compromise: build digital products end-to-end, from first sketch to shipped software. Not a client agency, not a content farm — a workshop where games, tools, and apps get made and maintained by the person whose name is on them.
That's what we mean by powering independent creation: the person who imagines a product is the same one who ships it and stands behind it. No handoff, no committee, nothing shipped that we don't believe in.
The work spans three rooms of the same workshop — Roblox experiences that players return to, AI tools that hold up inside real workflows, and web apps built to feel effortless. They look unrelated, but each room teaches the others: retention instincts from a game make a tool stickier; the restraint of tool-building keeps a game honest. Different surfaces, one standard.

Why there's a switch in our name
Every studio claims to be "always shipping." We wanted the claim to be falsifiable — so we put a working switch in our logo and wired it to the entire site. If the switch in our name works, the buttons in our products had better work too. Design promises you can actually click are the only kind we make.
Own every detail
Everything is made in-house and fully owned. No templates, no outsourced cores — if a detail matters, it's ours to get right.
Ship things we'd use
The standard is personal: if a product wouldn't survive on our own home screens, it doesn't ship.
Show the work
Devlogs, honest numbers, teardowns. The Studio Journal is the workshop door left open on purpose.
